Do you have our new password?

If you have not received our new password, perhaps you still need to renew your dues? If you have, we thank you so much for helping us by being a member of BOMA-USA. Even though our dues are only $50 per person this year, the cumulative effect of many people joining or renewing dues has a huge impact on our financial base.

This year we offered a special auto-renewal program for members who want to avoid our dues increase ($75 next year) for two more years. Many members made the wise financial choice to automatically renew their dues through 2021. Those members who preferred to pay by check did so and were marked paid for the upcoming years.

If you decided to see if you can win a prize with our contest for recruiting new members, be sure to email Sue (Sue@boma-usa.org) to give her the names you encouraged to join. Our payment system does not have a place to add notes so, unless you tell us, we won’t know to count your people toward our contest. (We didn’t realize that at the time we announced the contest, unfortunately!)

We are looking forward to offering more rewards for being a member besides quantity discounts. Upcoming webinars and Billings Fellowship Hours are just a couple of ways we want dues to be more meaningful.
